ER, Back Pain, UTI, Calcium Oxalate In Bladder. Taking Vicodin, Cephalexon. Kidney Stones?

I ended up in the ER 3 days ago from severe left flank and back pain . He put me on Vicodin , cephalexon and an anti nausea medication. Now I have severe pain in my chest, both sides of my back, legs, both sides of my stomach and rib cage and into my arms. He said it is a UTI an possibly a kidney stone- I have a calcium oxalate by my bladder that is 1.5 by 2 cm. should I get rechecked? Could it be a kidney stone ?

Dear sir,

I think you should get yourself checked . Possibility of kidney stone cannot be ruled out.
