EKG Shows Right Bundle Branch Block. Can Continue Vyavanse And Adderall?
my 15 yr old son has been on adderall for 8 years. A routine ekg was done for a study and he was found to have a right bundle branch block. He has no symptoms. Should he continue on vyavanse and adderall. He has severe add and needs it to think in school.parent

Dear school parent,
Usually right bundle block does not indicate a major problem, it is a benign ECG finding, but it is relatively rare for an 8 year old boy, thus I would just have the ECG read and seen by a Pediatric Cardiologist so that he ensures that there are no other concerning features.
