EKG Showed Equivocal Changes In V2 And V3. Meaning And Treatment?

I had an EKG today showing equivocal changes in V2 and V3. The Doctor performed this test because I mentioned pain in the center of my chest about a month ago that woke me in the morning. It lasted about 10 minutes, but went away when I got out of bed and moved around. I am a 41 year old female on no medications , non smoker, rarely alcohol.
