ECG Shows RBBB V1 Incomplete, Decreased Voltage. At Risk? Taking Captopril
My ECG says RBBB V1 incomplete and decreased voltage V4 T/R less than one per tenh. Am I at risk or is it curable? I am physically tired because of the strenuous job. HBP 150/100 maybe less now given treatment w/ captopril 25 mg twice a day. Doctor says my heart is still good although my heart shws vey small glitch occur. I am advised not to get stressed and more easy in mind.

There is R B B B , decreased voltage V4 T/R ( less than 10th).
The defect in the electric conduction system of the heart.
Sorry to say , but I have to use some lengthy method to explain.
R B B B is characterized by the impaired transmission of electric impulse from A V node , bundle of HIs to the right ventricle.
Block may be complete or incomplete.
If patient is
If patient is elderly may caused by coronary artery disease.
Your B P is high and you are using captopril.
If possible upload the report of E C G.
Get in E CH O heart with color doppler.
Consult a Cardiologist and get his opinion.
