ECG Analysis Result Said Normal Sinus Rhythm, Anteroseptal Abnormal. Meaning?

Here is my ECG analysis result- 800 Normal Sinus Rthythm 762 Anteroseptal Abnormal Q(18Yaers) 611 Abnormality(Flat T) 212 Left Axis Deviation It was concluded that the result is undefined Abnormal ECG, Pls I want to know the meaning of the above result

HI, welcome to healthcare magic,

Normal sinus rhymth means the heart is beating as it should, this is normal.

The ECG can look at different parts of the heart, anteroseptal is just one of those parts- the front aspect, involving the septum (which is the barrier between the left and right side of the heart).
Left axis deviation implies that the left side of the heart may be enlarged.

You need to speak to your doctor to determine what the next phase would be. It would depend on any illesses that are present, for example if you have high blood pressure,diabetes or high cholesterol, it would be important to have them controlled.
