ECG Abnormal, Echo, CT Scan Normal. Have Lurch Feeling In Stomach Like Missed Heart Beat. GERD Symptom?

I had an abnormal ECG so had an echo and CT scan which cardiologist said showed nothing urgent a year ago...I get a lurch feeling in my stomach like a missed heartbeat and another ECG also showed recently as abnormal...new doc (I have moved overseas) said something about left ventricular but I explained that previous CT etc. test were normal, new doc wants to refer to cardiologist but not sure it will find anything any different from last time....is it just GERD?

Hello,

ECG may be abnormal in normal person for many reasons. ECG shows electro conduction abnormality of the heart.
ECHO and CT scan with normal result ensures that the heart is normal functionally.
So Coronary angiography may be done to rule out any coronary artery block which may be cause of the pain and Abnormal ECG.
