Dull Pain In Shoulder Blade, Recurring Condition, Starts On Right Side, Spreads To The Left. Causes?
I have had a dull aching pain in my shoulder blade area for about 4 months that comes and goes. It seems to start on my rt side first then spread to the left side also. Should i be concerned about these symptoms and what are some of the possible causes?

It looks to me that you are having cervical spondylysis and shoulder impingement syndrome.I would suggest you take myoril tablet twice daily. Apply Diclofenec ointment at neck and back of shoulder and warm water fomentation. Also start taking pregabalin and methylcobal tablet. Do not use very big pillow.
