Dull pain in foot, fullness feeling in foot, non weight bearing feet pain

Both of my feet have had this feeling of fullness in them. It was the left one first, now the right one. No non-bearing weight pain, but when I get up in the morning, or after driving one hour to or from work, when I start to walk, there is dull pain, a fullness feeling in the middle of my foot , and it causes me to limp .
