Dull Pain In Ear, Radiating From Back Of Neck, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Sinus Area Pain, Tiredness. Why Is Happening?

For months have been experiencing a ear dull pain/ringing in the left ear along with a radiation of pain that comes from the back of the ear from the lt side neck region. This causes me nauseated feeling and stomach pains along with a lower pain region pain all again on the left side of my body. It makes my sinus area on the left sife of face hurt at times, I also am extremely tired and have a lot of difficulties focusing. It has weighed me down. I have been to dentist (no tmj) I have been to ENT's - no help, Ortho drs are not certain either. Went to a ear specialist and he as well had no idea. Pain management dr - appt next week.

Hello,
If you have dull ear ache and with radiation and causing neurologic problems , consult an ENT and neurologist.
Get done
MRI brain to rule out any disease.
Pure tone Audiometry --jhearing tests
Impedance Audiometry -- to see if there is any fluid behind your ears.
After these tests further treatment or management depends on the result of these tests.
