Dull pain in armpit and right shoulder, no flu symptoms. Causes for pain?

Hi, i seem to be having this weird feeling in my armpit , its like a dull ache. not painful bus sensitive. also have this a pain in the right shoulder that goes down my arm. i dont have to move my arm to feel it its just random. i dont feel no lumps i have no flu symtoms or anything like this. im actually confused and a bit worried. im a 31 year old male and i dont smoke . your advice would be appreciated.

Fro the complaints you had described it could be some catch in the muscles around the shoulder joint. First I advice you to consult your doctor and take some analgesics for couple of days and some gentle exercise to the shoulder. If not relived I advice you to consult Orthopedic surgeon who can evaluate you .
