Psychiatrist 's  Response
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Your symptoms are suggestive that you are suffering from psychiatric illness possibly depression.

You should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.
Doctor may advise you to rule out physical causes like thyroid dysfunction or Vitamin B 12 deficiency etc.

Doctor may advise you to take anti depressant agents like escitalopram or sertraline or amitryptilline.

You may go for psychotherapy also.

Meanwhile You may do stress management and relaxation exercise like yoga, meditation etc.

I hope It will help you.
