Please get a baseline EKG to see if your heart rhythm is regular and in sinus
. If your heart is in good condition, you are probably having a panic attack
. I would advice you to use relaxation techniques
like yoga, and deep breathing along with some regular physical exercise. Being on a regular schedule is also helpful. I would also recommend that you see a psychiatrist
to get yourself treated psychopharmacologically if non-medication methods are not being helpful.
