Dull Ache In The Right Side Of My Back And The Right Side Of My Abdomen And Exhausted . Why?

Hi, I am 25 year old female. I started having some dark spotting about 2 days ago and woke up this morning with a dull ache in the right side of my back and the right side of my abdomen. I have also been easliy exhausted. Can you give me possible reasons as to why?

If you have missed your periods then confirm pregnancy by doin urine pregnancy test. Symptoms you mentioned are non specific and could be due to spasms preceding menstruation. Take care.

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.The easiest and surest way to confirm pregnancy is do a home based urine pregnancy test which will be positive within 10 days of missing a period.Still be sure if you do a blood pregnancy test a week earlier can be predicted.Symptoms are nonspecific to ovulation or early pregnancy or premenstrual phase.
