Hi for nearly 2 years now I've been suffering with a dull pain in my abdomen that is both in my bowel area and bladder. I also currently have regular loose stools that smell offensive and bouts of bright yellow steatorrhea. I also have an increased urination frequency and most of the time there's very little urine comes out. I've also had lumpy semen and nocturnal discharges in the same time frame. It's seems something in that area is aggravated and in turn is making other areas aggravated. Before all this everything was running perfect. Please help
Hi, Since 2 years you have been suffering with dull pain abdomen. Got loose motions and frequency of urine.got nocturnal emission also. It appears to be the infection of the intestines and urinary tract. I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe a urinary tract antibiotic which is also non irritant to the intestine like ofloxacin , ranitidine, and anti spasmodics when ever necessory. Thank you.
