Due To Sinus Noticed That There Is A Gum Infection

After two weeks of having a sinus infection and sore throat. I have a side effect. During my sickness my gums also got infected and two of my teeth have become lose. What can I do to help my teeth without having the expense of going to the dentist? Thank you for help. Sandra
