Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Dear Rajesh,

As your problem suggests you are developing cataract in both your eyes. So
you have to get immediate phacoemulcification and foldable lens implant in your right eye. Followed some time lator by a similar surgery in the Left eye. This will be done by a good eye surgeon.

And kindly get your self evaluated by your opthalmologist at to how you are getting cataracts at such an early age.

Do get back to me if you have further queries.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Mridula Mehta's  Response
Hi
Cataract at this age is referred to as presenile cataract . Since it has occurred in both the eyes it's a pointer that you should be evaluated for various causes of such cataracts like diabetes, uveitis, high myopia, electrolyte abnormalities . Once the cause is ascertained or if there is no other problem with in the eye like uveitis, then cataract surgery can be done by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.
Take care

Dear rajesh,
you have to get yourself operated at the earliest before the other eye starts deteriorating.Otherwise it starts effecting your life style.
