Dry,red And A Bit Swollen Lips

I ate some sour italian ice the gave out with lunch at school the other day, since then my lips have been extremely dry and red. I can't tell, but I think they are a little bit swollen to. I can't but feel it had something to do with the Italian ice, because thats when it started, but I also read somewhere that i could be dehydration. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

The symptoms you describe favors an allergic reaction to the food you had. So for now I would suggest you to consult your doctor and get a prescription for an antihistaminic which can reduce the swelling in your lips. Do report to him if you are having other symptoms like palpitations, dizziness, etc.
