hi im 36 weeks pregnant and have a very sore throat , dry tickly cough and a runny nose and just wondered if i could take anything for it

please do warmsaline gargle & steam inhalation. if there is no signs of improvement in a day or two, consult your physician. if there is evidence of fever, you might have to be started on some antibiotic. takcare.
