Dry, Itchy, Painful Rashes On Face, Affecting Confidence And Self Esteem, Cold. Advice?

Female; 23yrs: I ve never suffered from bad skin. But since moving from my old place I ve had these dry, itchy rashes on my face and painful spots. Its really starting to effect my confidence and self esteem. . I ve also been experiencing regular cold sore and now my period cycles only lasted 2days. I ve though about it being stress , however have always managed to coped. Some advice please. Thanks

Hi,

It seems that you may be having allergic contact dermatitis. There may be some cause. It may be dust,pollen,housedust mite,grass,cosmetics,soap,perfume..etc

There is a cold sore on lip..also called herpes labialis.it may be due to poor immunity.

For allergy, you take anti histaminics like levocetirizine and if needed, steroid in tappering dose. For cold sore take acyclovir and apply acyclovir cream on the lesion.

Avoid contact with suspected contactants. And improve immunity with immunoboosters like levamisole.

You consult dermatologist.
