Dry but oily rash spreading around my cheek. What is the Prevention ?

hi i have this rash on my face it is really itchy and dry but is oily and spreading around my cheek and very close to my mouth.... it started on one side of my face but has moved to the other side and seems to be getting worse and very irritable... can anyone help to let me know what this is?

*clinical examination by a dermatologist will be better.
*before going to a dermatologist you can apply Zole-F cream twice daily
*Allegra 120 mg ,once a day after breakfast
tab fluka 150mg ,1 tab once a day for five days.
Wash your face with Ochona-Z soap
Avoid bakery products and potatoes for a week
wash your face with soft water.
