Hello
Welcome in H.C.M. for consultation.
I have gone through your query regarding sore throat, fever, pain in neck and chest and left side jaw, ear and arm. As you said that you are having this problem for a week, though now you are not having any fever but other problems are still there and you are much worried for chest pain.
Considering your complaints I suspect that you are having upper respiratory tract infection with referred otalgia with gastritis.
Your sore throat has given rise to referred pin in left ear and due to your preexisting fever and sore throat you have developed burning and pain in chest and neck.
You have not mentioned about your age and any other medical problems as hypertension etc, so here it becomes necessary to rule out any cardiac involvement by ECG and TMT.
If you are found free from cardiac involvement than there is no point for worry and take antibiotic, anti inflammatory, Mucolytic and antacids to get relief.

With regards.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

Since you are having heart burn, chest pain and pain in the left arm you should visit an emergency room and get ECG done to rule out any heart ailment. If you are detected positive for MI or any heart problem, you will get immediate medical attention and care.

If your ECG is normal, antacids, analgesics, antibiotics will ease out your discomfort. You should blood tests ( routine and culture) done to rule out any viral infection. Oral swab tests should also be done.

Your treatment will depend upon the abnormality detected. Take nutritious food, exercise and sleep well. Take care.
