Drug Test Positive Without Using Drugs. Taking Ibuprofen For Migraines And Nasal Spray For Nasal Cavities. What To Do?

if a drug screen wasn't court ordered and I went to take it but not tested until a week later, showed up as .38 for thc and 1800 for meth!!!! I haven't done any drugs for 3 yrs, I do take advil/ibuprofen at least 4x daily for migranes from high blood pressure, and my nasal cavitites are ruptured due to blown eardrums, so I use nasal spray at least once an hr daily. what to do?

Hello
Positive report seems due to component of nasal spray
You have referred to court order it looks there is some legal issues if so you have to put your case there with component of nasal spray and the reason for use
if no legal issues may continue but discuss with doctor consequences of long term use
However long use of pain killer is dangerous for kidneys which may get damaged over period of time
Meet and discuss with your doctor for alternatives drug
