Drug Test Positive For THC. Taking Prilosec, Ibuprofen, Naproxen. Medicine Giving False Positive Result?

My name is Greg. I have taken a drug test and it came back with a positive reading of THC. Im taken Prilosec and 800mg of Ibuprofen, and Naproxen. Will any of these perscription drugs cause a postive reading for THC. Im not using any illegal drugs.

There are some medications that can result in false positive test for THC. Nsaids such as ibuprofen are one of the medications that known to cause falsely positive results though the exact way this occurs is unknown.
This is not as common now however since the testing method has been altered.

In terms of proton pump inhibitors for GERD, pantoprozole (known as protonix) can cause a false positive result. Prilosec is not known to cause any false positive results.
