HI,
THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY.
AFTER GOING THROUGH YOUR COMPLAINTS,I BELIEVE YOU ARE HAVING SOME KIND OF MENTAL ISSUES ON YOUR PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL FRONT WHICH NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED AND SOUGHT OUT FIRST .TRY TO DISCUSS YOUR PROBLEMS WITH SOMEONE YOU TRUST AND CAN SHARE YOUR WORRIES.
TRY TO GO FOR YOGA,MEDITATION, REGULAR EXERCISES .DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR LOOKS AND DO NOT THINK NEGATIVE ABOUT YOURSELF.IF REQUIRED YOU MAY GO FOR COUNSELLING WITH A PSYCHOLOGIST.
I HOPE YOU TRY TO OVERCOME YOUR FEELINGS AND GET SOMETHING POSITIVE.

THANKS
DR RUCHI JAIN.
