Drops Of Urine After Standing Up After Urination, Stale Urine Smell From Genitals. Stress Incontinence?

I'm a 60 y/o female and a nurse. I notice after I urinate and clean myself, when I stand up, a few drops of urine come out. I've noticed my genital area smells like stale urine no matter how much I bath. I don't want to smell like an old woman at this age. Is the problem stress incontinence? What can I do? Should I try toilet wet wipes? Please don't keep this e-mail, or sell it.

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
This condition is called terminal dribbling. This is not typical of stress incontinence, where urine leaks with raised intra-abdominal pressure. A fistula or overflow incontinence are more likely diagnoses.
Please see a Urogynecologist for confirmation & treatment.
Wish you good health.
Take care.
