DRONIS 30=DROSPIRENONE 3mg + ETHYINYLES ESTRADIOL 0.02mg TAB
Dronis is an oral contraceptive pill.
The side effects include:Nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea, bleeding between menstrual periods (spotting), weight gain, acne, stomach cramps, rash, swelling or bloating, skin spots, breast tenderness.
So it does not help in wt reduction rather it helps in weight gain.
