Radiologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports,
1.Right hilum is bulky. It may be due to any vascular lesion or enlarged lymph node.
2.There is radiodense opacity situated posterior to heart. It may be due to aortic aneurysm. It is associated with atherosclerotic calcifications.

Based on these X-ray findings, next investigation of choice is contrast enhanced CT Thorax. Diagnosis and treatment depends accordingly.
Get well soon.

Take Care
