Done Urine Test, Blood In Urine. Reason?

hi this is yashpal i did a urine test last week and my urine report show some blood in urine .bt the docotor advised me nothing to worry.bt my all reports like x.ray and blood reports clear bt they cann,t find the probles of blood in urine.could u help me if any urologist give me online treatment.and who can speak hindi too with me

You had an episode of microscopic hematuria which is asymptomatic.
It should not be ignored as it can point towards a disease process.
Common causes include UTI, urinary tract stones, urethritis, benign prostatic hypertrophy or cancer or bladder tumours,
You must get yourself examined by a urologist along with an ultrasonogram for KUB region.
