Done Urine Test. Need Interpretation

microscopic findings of my my urine test 1.) pus cells = 2-7 / hpf? 2.) RBC = 0-2 /hpf ? morphology 1.) intact = 100% ? crystals 1.) Amorphous urates +few Miscellaneous 1.) round epithelial cells = occasional 2.) squamous epithelial cells = many 3.) bacteria =few 4.) mucus threads = few color = pale straw transparency = slightly hazy reaction = 6.0 spicific gravity = 1.020

Thanks for writing your query.

The urine reports you have mentioned are indicating towards Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
You should also have culture/senstivity test of your urine done to know the causative organism and the appropiate antibiotic for it.

If you are diabetic, monitor your blood sugar levels also, as diabetes can result in recurrent urinary tract infectons.

Drink lots of pure water, about 8-10 glasses per day.
Antibiotic can be planned according to the culture/senstivity reports of the urine.
If you are having fever or bodyaches, you can take paracetamol 500 mg for relief.
