ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to HCM,

Sorry for your loss and accept my condolences

With regard to your nose block, it is common due to the hormonal changes happening during pregnancy. You will definitely get better in a week or two.

During this time you may continue the antihistamines and spray therapy

If even after a month or so your block is present and in affect becoming worse then you need to undergo further evaluation with an ENT in terms of endoscopy and CT of the sinuses.

do not worry as you will definitely feel better

Take care

Dr Sriram Nathan
