Done Total Hysterectomy And Oophorectomy Due To Cysts. Have Pain And Bloating. Reason?

I have had a total hysterectomy with natural oophorectomy 3 years ago because of massive hemorrhagic cysts and scar tissue. Ever since then I still have month pain and bloating just like before my surgery but I am not on hormones and never have been. It feels just like cysts and I have menopausal blood work and no masses found. I know what I am feeling and this is definitely PMS and ovarian tissue causing me this but tests do not show it. I am miserable. Can you please tell me why I am having this every month on the nose without any female organs? Thank you!

Hello ma'am and welcome.

This is quite clearly due to a hormonal imbalance. I would advise you to get your hormone levels checked and accordingly corrected.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
