Hi,

I am a dermatogist who sees numerous patients like you daily. Don't feel disheartened. Treatments given to youu are all very good and invariably lead to improvement. But sometimes they may not give desired results. Other options for you would be microdermabrasion, mesoglow, photofacials, etc.
These treatments work only if you are regular with your day and night creams.
Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with a SPF of atleast 30 2-3 times a day. Always apply sunscreen as long as there is daylight outside.
You may contact me for more personal advice
