Done spinning and zumba, tender back and thigh, cramps. How fast will it heal?

i do spinning and zumba and power walking and iv been fine then all of a sudden my back thigh is tender and my leg really hurts and hard to walk on ,its my right leg ,hard to drive as leg feels like bad cramp , have i pulled hamstrings and can it come on just like that , and how long to heal ,its been two days , im pretty fit and dont smoke and a woman and 46

I would suggest you to do following things as i think you had sprained your back muscles and hamstrings.
1. Take Myoril tablet daily
2. Hot water fomentation and Diclofenec ointment
3. Stretching of muscles, rest, and avoid any exercises for one week.
