Hello, Welcome to HCM, i am Dr. Das

Look, the the sperm count is totally normal.

But motility is lower than required ( normal is >40-50% as per WHO 2010).

Morphology is also within normal limit ( normal is > 04% as per WHO 2010).

Pus cells are increased. Normally no pus cell should be found ( as per WHO2010).

Red blood cells are also increased.

So, overall, it indicates presence of urogenital infection.

You should consult with an infertility specialist for broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin.

General & Family Physician Dr. Michelle Gibson James's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The semen analysis only gives a general idea of fertility. Some males with normal results may have problems conceiving and others with abnormal results may have no problem with conception.

The volume is normal at 2ml, it should be at least this amount.
Alkaline ph is normal
The sperm count is also normal, it should be at least 20 million
Motility should be at least 50% (rapidly progressive and sluggishly progressive). At least 70% are non progressive and immotile, this is more than would normal.

More than 30% are to have a normal shape and this is so, which is good.
I hope this helps
