Hi,
Your semen analysis report says that there are no sperm in semen. It needs to be rechecked with another sample after 3-4 days of abstinence preferably given after one week. If repeat semen analysis shows same report, then you need detailed investigations including hormone tests in consultation with andrologist/infertility specialist.
Wish you good health.
