Done Raspa Operation. Had Menstruation Twice. Abdominal Pain, Bleeding. Normal?

hi im cel from philippines 29 yrs old. i undergo raspa operation last dec. 25,2012. i am confused only because i had twice menstruation last Jan. the first menstruation is jan.18-22, 2013 and second jan. 28-31,2013. And sometimes i felt a little abdomen ache and bleeding few. Is it normal? im worried only hope you help me. thanks
