Done Medical Abortion. Ultrasound Shows RPOC. Taken Misorostol And Novelon. Abdominal Pain, Dizziness. Suggestions?

i had an medical abortion 20 days back on 10th of may .after on e week i had my ultrasound done ,which showed rpoc.doctor told me that they would be flushed out in the bleeding that would begin after taking misorostol.and the bleeding continued till 28th of may from 10th of may.she also advised me to take novelon tablets for 21 days ,which i m taking even now.but for the last two days , i m experiencing frequent bouts of pain in my abdomen.,at times i m also feeling a bit dizzy.please suggest what to do, and also what ur take as to whether rpocs are removed from my uterus ?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, you have undergone medical abortion and had prolonged bleeding and ultrasonography showed some products of conception.
It is advisable to go for surgical removal after dilatation under sonography guidance.
If bleeding continues then it can cause anemia.
You can always take second opinion with another Gynecologist.
