Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at HCM !

Your report shows mild slipped discs at Lumbar 4-5 and lumbar5-sacral 1 discs between the vertabrae (lower end of the spine) which are causing mild narrowing of the spinal canal which carries the nerves.

There a fatty tumour (harmless) of the fibrous end of the cord, which is a natural variation and does not need treatment.

If you have pain, tingling/ numbness in the loewer limbs, please see your spine expert and be advised if it needs treatment.

I hope you are fully satisfied with the guidance I gave.
I would be glad to answer any further queries.
Thank you and Good luck !
