Done Knee Arthroscopy. Have Pain Behind Knee, Ankle Pain. Help

hi,i had a knee arthroscopy 3 months ago. it was nothing serious said the doctor, just a ligament damaged that auto regenerated. 1 month ago he told me to re-start my physical activities. but the problem is that i started to have small pain behind my knee and now acute pain inside my ankle(both). i don t understand. could you help me please..
