Hi

Welcome to HCM.
i may not be right but i am putting down my thoughts. Throat cancers are known to spread to lymph nodes of the neck.
If so, the enlarged modes can compress the nerves and blood vessels of the neck to cause this pain.
Kindly consult primary physician first and take a referral if needed.

Regards
DR GS
