Done Cataract Surgery, Have Headache. Normal MRI

I had cataract surgery in June, the right eye I had done June 11th, after a week and a half, everything seemed ok, had the 2nd procedure the 25 of June, it took over three weeks for the swelling to go down, but the pain and the headaches are still going on. I had an MRI a week ago, that was normal, but pain still here, sunlight makes it worse, I have been sick to my stomach. I am diabetic and also have high blood pressure . I have seen another doctor as the doctors that did the cataract surgery have not wanted to do anything for me since the surgery. I am also now going to Dent in Buffalo

Hello..
Pain after cataract surgery is usually less and will subside in 1-2 days.
Now it is more than a month after surgery you can go for a refraction test where you can get glasses prescribed for you ( depends on the type of IOL implanted ) and also retinal evaluation for diabetic retinopathy.
Using glasses for reading helps to improve the strain and also your tolerance to sunlight.
Intolerance to light after surgery is common and will slowly come down over a period of time.
Hope I answered the query.Take care...
