Dear prof. Khalid, welcome to HCM.
your triglycerides are high and protective good cholesterol (HDLC) is lower.
bilirubin is mildly elevated (a liver test).
is yoyr sugar a random one or fasting? or post food?
pl. specify to enable an answer.
so, fats are abnormal and sugar if fasting one, then is high too.
pl. see your physician for a thorough evaluation and treatment plan accordingly.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello Professor
You have to specify whether the glucose is fasting or post prandial ie after meals.
Your cholesterol level is within normal limit.
Triglyseride level is high
Direct HDL low
LDL is optimal
VLDL is high
GGT is raised
Total bilirubin is raised

Your report indicates thatyour liver is malfunctioning and it is due to some kind of obstruction in the biliary tract.
Your lipid profile indicates that your triglyceride and VLDL levels are high, HDL is low and LDL is fine.
Kindly mention whether the sample was taken empty stomach or after having food as this aspect affects the test results
