Hi
in few study it was found that elevated level of homocystein can cause heart related problem in form of blockage in vessels
your current medication is homockeck is to control homocystein level
prax and ecosprin is antiplatelets keep platelet in activated and prevent clot formation by paltelets aggregation
as you have stents in one of your heart vessels there are higher chances of developing sudden blockage of stents so prax and ecosprin will help you in preventing develpoment of blockage in stents aswell in other vessel also
atocor is cholesterol modifying drug and it will decrease your harmful lipids and increase in beneficial lipidsand help in long term prevention in development of block
seloken for heart rate control better in long term for heart protection

please take your all medication with out fail all are imp. medicine
take care

General & Family Physician Dr. Sourav Chakraborty's  Response
Hello, homocysteine is a non-protein amino acid in your body which in excess is a risk factor for coronary artery disease , long term accumulation in blood vessel destroys essential protein needed for maintenance of arterial musculature . as per your history you have recently undergone angioplasty in RCA and medications provided are to keep your cadiac vessels patent and to help remodelling your heart . Take your medications in time as advised and donot stop without doctor s consultation. Wish you a good health . Take care.
