General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
Every medicine you take has some or little side effects to our body. But as you are a patient of Coronary Artery Disease and Hypertension. You have to take these medication in same or low or high dose as a prevention for the disease. Otherwise you will get a Heart attack or another block in coronary arteries which may need other angioplasty.
One thing you can do keep in touch of your cardiologist and if you feel that some medicine is causing any harm to you. Your doctor can give you the alternate medication for that. Please do not stop or reduce doses of medicine without consulting your doctor.
Best Wishes
