Uterus & Adenexa: Uterus is normal in shape, size and contour. There is no evidence of any mass lesion in the uterus. The myometrium has homogeneous echostructure. The right ovary is only mildly enlarged as compared to the left and this probably is just a normal variant. The ovary develops multiple follicles every menestrual cycle. These follicles contain the eggs and grow during the cycle. Over time though, one of the follicles enlarges more than the rest and becomes the dominant follicle. It is this follicle which ruptures and releases the eggs for conception during that cycle. This is a normal phenomenon. The rest of the scan just describes the normal appearance of your other pelvic structures.
Overall, the report appears normal.
Sincerely,
Vamshi
