Hello and thanks for posting your query on HCM
The MRI report of your back suggests that at the level of vertebrae L3 and L4, there is bulging out of the disc. This disc is a cushion of cartilage which lies between two vertebrae.
This disc shows calcium deposits and narrowing of the space through which nerves sprout out from the spinal cord.
Nearlly, same changes are seen at the level of vertebrae L4 and L5.
Due to compression of the nerves there is swelling of spinal nerve S1.
You will have to visit an orthopedician who will prescibe you medication and physiotherapy.
I have tried to put it in simple words.
I hope my answer is of help to you.
Bye and take care
