Doing Stretching, Taping And Icing The Heel For Plantar Fasciitis Symptoms. Discovered Big Lump On Calf While Massaging

I have been having plantar fasciitis symptoms and have been stretching, taping, icing my heel. I was massaging my foot and calf and discovered a lump on calf about halfway between knee and ankle near shin bone. U have to dig to feel it but is pretty big. It s painless.

It appears to be the filarial infection, or a deep vein thrombosis, etc. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods, to compensate the pain, and to ease repair.
