Doing Heroin And Cocaine In Hands, Holes And Skin Burnt. Cleans With Peroxide. Antibiotics Clindamycin, Bactrim, Flagyl And Doxycycline. Medications Help?

Hi, a friend of mine is doing iv heroin and cocaine in her hands and at first she just had holes the size of a dime and they were deep and 3x inflated than normal....well that was 3 months ago and I have been trying to get her to do something about it and she hadn't so now it's disgusting and the entire top of her hands have no skin and its actually down to the bones and veins. She refuses to go to the hospital or even after hour care because she don't want them to make her stay, my question is...what does she have so you think and how much longer can she go shooting these drugs in the same hands before something more serious happens? She does clean them with Epson salt and puts peroxide on them but I don't think it's enough or otherwise they would have been getting better not worse. Please help me with this. I also have some anti biotic meds that is mine, clindamycin hcl, Bactrim, Flagyl, and doxycycline. Do you think it's ok if I give her one of them so she can at least have an anti biotic medication in her body to help some what?

Hi, it appears that she had infection over her hand, probably she is using the used needles for injection. She in a danger of infection, and septicemia due to overall infection of her blood. To be alive she should consult a doctor, If she don't want to be in the hospital as in patient, she can have treatment as an out patient way. Home medicines treatment may be hezardous for her. Thank you.
