Dog bit the eye, Pink. Why is vision blurry?

Hello I think I hurt my eye. To make short, my dog bit me in the eye and now like one side of it (my eye) is pink and it doesn t look swollen or anything just pink. I figure my dog just managed to touch my eye or whatever but really it bit the upper part (close to my eyebrow). Still, I want to know if this is critical or something. I was seeing a bit blurry earlier but i think it s better now and i was also wondering if i should try to put eye drops on it or something. Thanks in advance.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Thanks for the query...
You could have sustained a sub conjunctival hemorrhage or it could be mild congestion..
We have to rule out any corneal damage also..
It is unlikely as you are not having pain and photophobia.. but better to get it confirmed by an ophthalmologist...
A sub conjunctival hemorrhage will slowly get resolved..You can use lubricating eye drops for relief..
Hope I answered your query...
