as you cannot avoid your duty you try to adjust this as try to take 8 hours of rest in the day time and at least 2 hours of rest during duty, possibly it will work,
as gestational age
progresses too much bending can cause back ache and can also lead to pain abdomen, so try to find out some alternative by that time,
don't neglect food during duties which can affect your health and baby health.
